My Role & Contributions

Joined as a Sr. Web Designer converting PSD designs into clean HTML/WordPress and progressively grew into a Team Leader role over three years — a formative period that shaped my full-stack and leadership skills.

  • Started with PSD-to-HTML/WordPress conversion — producing pixel-perfect, semantic HTML from Photoshop and Illustrator source files for clients across industries.
  • Progressed to independently handling full WordPress theme development — custom post types, templates, plugins, and WooCommerce integrations.
  • Promoted to Team Leader — took ownership of task assignment, workload planning, and team capacity across concurrent client projects.
  • Mentored junior developers — conducting code reviews, running knowledge-sharing sessions, and providing one-on-one guidance to help juniors improve.
  • Managed end-to-end client project execution — from requirement review through design, development, QA, and client sign-off.
