My Role & Contributions

Started by owning all technical decisions — from server-side architecture and R&D to complete AWS infrastructure management. Now serving as a Technical Advisor, stepping in whenever the team needs guidance on technical challenges, architecture decisions, or infrastructure issues.

  • Drove all technical decisions — evaluating technologies, defining server-side architecture, and choosing the right tools and approaches for each product requirement.
  • Led R&D initiatives — researching new technologies and approaches, prototyping solutions, and validating feasibility before committing to implementation.
  • Handled the entire AWS infrastructure — EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, load balancers, auto-scaling, IAM, and environment management across dev, staging, and production.
  • Managed server-side code — writing, reviewing, and fixing backend logic to keep the platform stable and performant for 325K+ users.
  • Diagnosed and resolved production incidents — investigating server errors, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure failures to restore stability quickly.
  • Scaled AWS infrastructure to handle 12K+ daily moments and 78K+ monthly active users — optimising costs, uptime, and response times as organic growth accelerated post–Shark Tank India.
